1. Telephonic support - per 15 min. or part thereof (existing clients only)
2. Remote Desktop support – per 15 min. or part thereof (existing clients only)
3. Carry-in repair, service  and upgrade – minimum charge 0.5 hr.
4. Call out service – minimum 0.5hr plus call out fee based on distance
5. Scheduled on-site check-ups and status reports based on client needs
