We realise that small business owners cannot afford to stand in service queues at retail stores when something goes wrong, or have their staff idle for days whilst their hardware is in for repair. We do our utmost to ensure that our supply will be both appropriate and reliable. Should something that we supply fail under warranty we are prepared to take the hassle out of having it returned and where possible we will backup your data and make a temporary arrangement  to keep your staff productive.

Approximately 30%  of our PCs and Servers are custom built to meet the needs of our clients. We therefore have the skills in-house to service, repair and upgrade PCs, Laptops or Servers and will do this for our clients even if we were not the original supplier of the goods.
